Here is what Winnetka Fencing does with anything you hand over on this website. Short version: it goes toward answering your fencing request and pricing the job, and nowhere else. It is never sold.

What gets collected

Only what you hand us, whether you type it into the estimate form or say it over the phone. In practice that is a name and a phone number. If you fill them in, we also get an email address, the street or part of Winnetka the project sits in, and whatever you tell us about the fence you have in mind. Email and address are optional fields.

What it gets used for

• Writing back and putting together a written price.
• Booking the on-site estimate and running the fence job itself.
• Checking in later on the project, when you have asked us to.

None of it feeds unrelated marketing, and none of it is rented or sold to anybody.

About the form

Whatever you submit hits a handler on our own domain and arrives here as an email. No outside form service and no marketing platform sit in the middle. Cloudflare hosts the site and touches the request only long enough to deliver it, and a hidden field screens out automated spam without tracking anyone. Requests stay on file as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping records, then they get deleted.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies run on this site and no profile of you gets built. Should we ever add a plain, privacy-respecting visitor count, this page gets updated to say precisely what it counts. As of today there are no third-party ad trackers anywhere on these pages.

What you can ask for

Ask us to erase what you sent, or to stop contacting you, and we will. One phone call, one text, or one email handles it.
